The organizer of the “Blue Girl Summer Rewards Lucky Draw” (“The Promotion”) is Jebsen Beverage Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "The Company"). The Promotion is only applicable to Blue Girl Club BG Members.
The Promotion period starts from 1 July 2024 to 11 August 2024 (both days inclusive) (“The Promotion Period”). Lucky Draw cut-off day is 23:59:59 12 August 2024
During the promotional period, participants can participate Instant Lucky draw through the following method:
1. Within the Promotion Period, a participants makes a single purchase of Blue Girl Beer or Blue Girl Light Beer Products at $50 or above at Hong Kong retailers with valid original machine-printed or electronic receipts (Including supermarkets, convenience stores, online stores etc), restaurants, bars or other catering premises in Hong Kong, register as Club BG member and upload valid original machine-printed or electronic receipts to the promotion page of BlueGirlBeer.com can get 1 lucky draw chance for instant lucky draw. Any photocopied, reprinted, split, wholesale and handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
2. Every single receipt with HK$50 or above Blue Girl Beer or Blue Girl Light Beer Products purchase can get 1 lucky draw chance. Every single receipt with HK$100 or above Blue Girl Beer or Blue Girl Light Beer Products purchase can get 2 lucky draw chances and so on.
3. Participants must upload valid original machine-printed or electronic receipts to the promotion page of BlueGirlBeer.com and submit the required information including participant’s full English name on the Hong Kong Identity Card, merchant category, date of receipt, time of receipt, receipt number (If no receipt number is available, participants need to enter the date & time of receipt as replacement - Enter in the order of year, month and day and 24-hour clock e.g. 202201171430), Blue Girl or Blue Girl Light Beer Products purchase amount and AlipayHK account phone number & email for the participation of the promotion.
4. All rewards of this promotion are instant win rewards. The participant can proceed to lucky draw and would get the lucky draw result instantly upon complete receipts registration. Rewards will be input to winner’s AlipayHK account on or before August 31, 2024 after the receipt and purchase amount is being reviewed and approved. If the registered receipt is not eligible after being reviewed, rewards will result in disqualification.
5. The purchase amount is the net amount paid after all discounts, offers (including credit card and all offers, discounts and “other coupons”) and the products refunded. Redemption of free products / gifts /prizes, refunded products, plastic shopping bag charges, Octopus top-ups and delivery charges are not considered as purchase.
  If the purchase amount entered does not match the information on the receipt after being reviewed, AlipayHK A. Point will be rewarded according to the order of winning (For example, if there are only three lucky draw chances after the purchase amount is being reviewed, the first three winning AlipayHK A. point will be used as the final reward)
6. The participant can only register another receipt for the participation of the promotion after using up all lucky draw chances.
7. Number of participations are not limited. Each receipt can be registered once only, any duplicated entries or wrong inputs will result in disqualification.
8. The original eligible receipt must be the receipt from the merchant within the Promotion Period. The merchant name, date of receipt, time of receipt, receipt number, product name and amount of Blue Girl Beer and Blue Girl Light Beer products purchased must be seen clearly on the original receipt. Any photocopied, reprinted, split, wholesale and handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
9. Eligibility for this lucky draw promotion will be calculated based on single receipt and the final payment price after discounting. Combined receipts are not accepted.

All AlipayHK A. Point Rewards from the promotion are un-exchangeable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or redeemed for various discount coupons, including retail shopping & dining, digital entertainment, cross-border travel, and other coupons.
The Event completion statement will be announced on the BlueGirlBeer.com promotional page on August 13, 2024. The Event completion statement of the Blue Girl Summer Rewards Lucky Draw will also be published in the Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on August 14, 2024.
Winners fails to provide the correct AlipayHK account phone number, rewards will result in disqualification.
Winners must agree the terms and conditions of the reward. Winners agree the photos and videos taken in The Promotion can be used for the promotional purposes in any channels and media by The Company for the Promotion.
For any reason, if the winner does not use the lucky draw chance within the specified promotion period, his/her lucky draw chance will be cancelled without prior notice.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, expenses or lawsuits incurred or suffered by participants or winners as a result of their participation in The Promotion.
If the reward is lost, damaged or stolen after receiving it, The Company will not reissue it.
Prize pictures in promotional materials are for reference only, the actual Prizes shall be considered as final.
All information provided by participants cannot be changed after registration. All information of participants should be based on the record of registration on Club BG Membership Page. Any faulty, duplicate and incomplete information will result in disqualification. If winners cannot redeem the rewards due to any fake, incomplete or incorrect information provided, The Company bears no responsibility.
The Promotion Period and lucky draw data are based on The Company’s computer servers, the participant cannot object to these.
During The Promotion, if the registered data are lost, inaccurate, unidentifiable or damaged caused by any computer, network, telephone or technical issues which are not attributed to the default of The Company, The Company shall not have any legal liability if the participant is judged as disqualified and the participant cannot object.
Any suspected or confirmed cases of fraud and/or suspected or confirmed cases of abuse in connection with participation in this promotion and/or in exchange for rewards may result in the registration of participants and/or rewards being cancelled and/or suspended.
The Company will ensure all personal information collected will be used for this promotion only and processed according to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region when collecting, storing, using and transmitting personal data, and the data will be destroyed confidentially in 2 months after the end of the promotion.
Anyone who violates the rules of the promotion with any illegal or deceptive behaviour will be disqualified from participating and / or winning. The Company reserves the right of legal action against the participants or winners.
The Company reserves the right for final decision in case of any dispute.
If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of Terms & Conditions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
