【Enjoy ERROR LIVE SHOW 2022 with Blue Girl】
Terms & Conditions

  1. The organizer of the “Enjoy ERROR LIVE SHOW 2022 with Blue Girl” (“The Promotion”) is Jebsen Beverage Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "The Company").
  2. The Promotion period starts from 25 November 2022 to 11 December 2022 (both days inclusive) (“The Promotion Period”). The deadline to register the lucky draw is 11 December 2022 23:59:59.
  3. Participant must be a Hong Kong resident (holder of a valid HKSAR identity card) and aged 18 or above.
  4. During the Promotion Period, upon ordering Blue Girl at designated restaurants for every $100 (by single receipt), you can get 1 game card. For every $200, you can get 2 game cards, and so on. Participants are required to answer questions on the game card and put it in the collection box on the spot. Participants with the most creative answer will receive 2pcs of [ERROR LIVE SHOW 2022] $980 tickets (total value $1,960), a total of 60 winners.
  5. Number of participations is not limited. Each game card can be registered once only, any duplicated or wrong inputs will result in disqualification. Each participant is eligible for one prize only in The Promotion. Participants must keep the qualified winning receipt and tear off the stub of game card and keep it for future redemption upon winning.
  6. Eligibility for this promotion will be calculated based on a single receipt and the final payment price after discounting. Combined receipts are not accepted.
  7. The Promotion Results will be held on 12 December 2022, and the winners will be selected by Jebsen Marketing Team. There will be 60 winners in total, and each winner will receive 2pcs of [ERROR LIVE SHOW 2022] $980 tickets (total value $1,960). The promotion results will be announced on Blue Girl Beer Hong Kong Facebook Page on 12 December 2022. The winner can check the results and details of the prize collection on Blue Girl Facebook Page.
  8. Winners will receive a prize notification from The Company via SMS on 12 December 2022. The Company will contact the participants according to the phone contact provided when on the game card. Winners must follow the instructions and terms and conditions by SMS to claim the prize, and collect the prize at Jebsen Office from 10am to 8pm from 12 to 15 December, 2022.
  9. If the winners are unreachable on / before 15 December 2022, it will result in disqualification. The Company reserves the right to disqualify the winner.
  10. Winners must present the acquired qualified receipt and original game card stub when redeeming the prize. The original machine-printed receipt must be clearly printed with the name of the merchant, date of consumption, receipt number and total consumption amount of Blue Girl. Any game card stub which is reprinted, incomplete, fake, broken, copy will not be accepted.
  11. Winners must redeem the prize in person at specific location and time and agree with the terms and conditions of the prize. Authorized redemption is not allowed. Winners agree the photos and videos taken in the redemption can be used for promotional purposes in any channels and media by The Company for Promotion.
  12. All prizes are un-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash.
  13. For any reason, if the winner does not claim the prize within the specified redemption period, his/her qualification will be cancelled without prior notice, and the prize will be deemed forfeited.
  14. If the [ERROR LIVE SHOW 2022] is cancelled due to the organizer or force majeure or other reasons, The Company will not bear any responsibility, and the prizes presented by the winners will not be compensated in other ways.
  15. The Company will randomly select the ticket seats of the winners and will not accept and process any request for a designated seat.
  16. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, expenses or lawsuits incurred or suffered by participants or winners as a result of their participation in The Promotion.
  17. If the prize is lost, damaged or stolen after receiving it, The Company will not reissue it.
  18. Prize pictures in promotional materials are for reference only, the actual Prizes shall be considered as final.
  19. All information provided by participants cannot be changed after registration. All information about participants should be based on the record of game card. Any faulty, duplicate and incomplete information will result in disqualification. If winners cannot receive winning notifications or cannot redeem the prize due to any fake, incomplete or incorrect information provided, The Company bears no responsibility. If the registered phone number is not in use, is invalid, changed or fails to contact winners via their phone numbers, it will result in disqualification.
  20. The Promotion is subject to change without prior notice. Please pay attention to the latest announcement on Blue Girl Beer Hong Kong Facebook Page.
  21. The Promotion Period and lucky draw data are based on The Company’s computer servers, the participant cannot object to these.
  22. During The Promotion, if the registered data or winning notification are lost, inaccurate, unidentifiable or damage caused by any computer, network, telephone or technical issues which are not attributed to the default of The Company, The Company shall not have any legal liability if the participant is judged as disqualified and the participant cannot object.
  23. Any suspected or confirmed cases of fraud and/or suspected or confirmed cases of abuse in connection with participation in this promotion and/or in exchange for prizes may result in the registration of participants and/or prizes being cancelled and/or suspended.
  24. Employees and family members of The Company will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.
  25. The Company will ensure all personal information collected will be used for this promotion only and processed according to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region when collecting, storing, using and transmitting personal data, and the data will be destroyed confidentially in 2 months after the end of the promotion.
  26. Anyone who violates the rules of the promotion with any illegal or deceptive behaviour will be disqualified from participating and / or winning. The Company reserves the right of legal action against the participants or winners.
  27. The Company reserves the right to final decision in case of any dispute.
  28. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of Terms & Conditions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
