Promotion Details & How to Participate

  1. The organizer of “Earn & Get Mega Rewards with BLUE GIRL x EDAN LUI” (“The Promotion”) is Jebsen Beverage Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "The Company"). The Promotion is only applicable to Blue Girl Club BG Members (“Member”).
  2. The Promotion period starts from 25 July 2022 to 4 September 2022 (both days inclusive) (“The Promotion Period”).
  3. The deadline to upload receipts is 5 September 2022 23:59:59.
  4. The redemption period of the promotion ends on 12 September 2022. The starting dates differ between different gifts. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for each product accordingly.
  5. Within the Promotion Period, a member makes a single purchase of Blue Girl Beer or Blue Girl Freśh Beer Products over $30 (Hong Kong Dollar & Macau Pataca) at Hong Kong & Macau retailers with valid original machine-printed or electronic receipts (Including supermarkets, convenience stores, online stores etc), restaurants, bars or other catering premises and upload valid original machine-printed or electronic receipts to the promotion page of BlueGirlBeer.com can get 1 BG Point after the receipt is reviewed and approved. Every single receipt with HK$60 (Hong Kong Dollar & Macau Pataca) Blue Girl Beer or Blue Girl Freśh Beer Products purchase can get 2 BG Points after being reviewed and approved and so on. Any photocopied, reprinted, split, wholesale and handwritten receipts and receipts for sale of Blue Girl or Blue Girl Freśh at wholesale price will not be accepted.
  6. Members can only upload a maximum of 3 receipts issued by the same merchant each day. Submission of additional receipts issued by the same merchant on the same day will not be accepted.
  7. The Company retains the authority to withhold any BG Points allocation to members with faulty receipts. The Company reserve the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
  8. In case of fraud or abuse case, the Company reserve the right to forfeit or deduct the BG Points that are credited without any prior notice.
  9. Members must upload valid original machine-printed or electronic receipts to the promotion page of BlueGirlBeer.com and submit the required information including merchant category, date of receipt, time of receipt, receipt number (If no receipt number is available, participants need to enter the date & time of receipt as replacement - Enter in the order of year, month and day and 24-hour clock e.g. 202201171430), Blue Girl or Blue Girl Freśh Beer Products purchase amount for the participation of the promotion.
  10. The original eligible receipt must be the receipt from the merchant within the Promotion Period. The merchant name, date of receipt, time of receipt, receipt number, product name and amount of Blue Girl Beer and Blue Girl Freśh Beer products purchased must be seen clearly on the original receipt. Any photocopied, reprinted, split, wholesale and handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
  11. Eligibility for this promotion will be calculated based on single receipt and the final payment price after discounting. Combined receipts are not accepted.
  12. Number of entries is not limited. Each receipt can be registered once only, any duplicated entries or wrong inputs will result in disqualification.
  13. The maximum eligible payment total for all receipts uploaded on a single day per member is HK$10,000.
  14. Receipts submission time and related information are based on The Company’s computer servers, the participants cannot object to these.
  15. After the submission, 7 working days are needed for review and approval, all qualified BG Points will be automatically credited to the member’s account, members can review the receipts verification result in “Point Record”.
  16. 10 BG Points can be earned additionally if the member successfully referred 5 friends to join Club BG (once per each account only). BG Points will be automatically credited to the account after the fifth member has successfully registered.
  17. For consecutive 4 Friday from August 12 to September 2, 2022, Club BG members can earn double points for every $30 spent on Blue Girl or Blue Girl Freśh Beer at Hong Kong & Macau retailers with valid original machine-printed or electronic receipts (Including supermarkets, convenience stores, online stores, restaurants, bars or other catering premises). For instance, members can get 10 BG Points initially for spending HK$315 on purchasing Blue Girl, during the Friday Double Rewards, members can get 20 BG Points instead. Member can get 31 BG Points initially for spending HK$950 on purchasing Blue Girl, during the Friday Double Reward members can get 61 BG Points instead, and so on. Friday Double Rewards are calculated based on the date of consumption shown on the receipt, Jebsen Beverage Company Limited reserves the right of final decision.

About BG Points, Online Payment & Redemption with BG Points/ with Additional Purchase Price

  1. BG Points earned in The Promotion are valid till 12 September 2022, and they shall be forfeited afterward. Redemption of gifts must be within the validity period of BG Points.
  2. BG Points do not have monetary value, they cannot be exchanged for money. BG Points cannot be sold, bought, transferred.
  3. Remaining BG Points and unredeemed gifts will be forfeited without further notice after the termination of an account
  4. Enough BG Points must be obtained before redeeming gifts. BG Points will be automatically deducted in the system after redemption, the related redemption cannot be changed or canceled.
  5. Members can use BG Points and additional purchase prices (if applicable) to redeem gifts on the promotion page of BlueGirlBeer.com. BG Points and the additional purchase prices (if applicable) will immediately be deducted from the system, all applications cannot be changed or canceled.
  6. Applicable for redemption with additional purchase price:
    1. Members must reach 18 years of age
    2. To confirm the redemption, depending on which payment method the member opt for, the member may need to provide us with your complete, accurate and true credit card details. Member accepts that all redemptions placed under you are your sole responsibility.
    3. The Company will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system malfunctioning, poor phone reception, blocking by third party applications, incomplete/ inaccurate/ missing information provided by customers that cause the delay, loss, mistake or corruption of an information transfer, which caused failure of completion of order/transaction/ redemption or other issues of order/transaction/ redemption.
    4. All additional purchase prices listed are in the Hong Kong Dollar. Confirmation of the redemption means members accept the BG Points and Additional purchase price required which is displayed upon redemption.
    5. All redemptions must be paid in advance through the system payment gateway. No other payment method will be accepted, such as cash nor credit card payment made upon collection at the pick-up location. Upon confirmation, the corresponding BG Points and Additional purchase price will be deducted instantly from the member’s accounts and eligible credit card. No change or cancellation is allowed. No refund (whether in whole or in part) will be tendered to the members by The Company.
    6. The Company reserves the right to offer additional payment methods and/or remove existing payment methods at any time in its sole discretion. All payment shall be processed by third party payment service provider(s). Members agree that respective credit card / payment information will be stored with third party payment service provider(s) upon confirmation of order information and payment.
    7. Members must ensure that sufficient fund on credit card or any related wallet to fulfil payment of an order. The Company will not bear any responsibility in any case of failure of order placement caused by insufficient fund.

Gifts Redemption

  2. Members are required to collect or use the redeemed rewards at the designated location or participating merchants within the designated period in person. Otherwise, the rewards will be forfeited automatically, with no refund of rewards, bonus BG Points or the paid additional purchase price.
  3. To redeem a gift, an e-coupon in the ‘My Reward’ on the promotion page must be present for approval and verification. Screenshots and forwarding are invalid.
  4. Members must read and agree to the terms and conditions of the gifts, including the validity date of Now E Pass and the dining vouchers.
  5. Members hereby understand and accept that all privileges and rewards are available in limited quantities, on a first come, first served basis, and that if a reward cannot be redeemed before the deadline due to limited stock or similar reasons, there will be no compensation for the gift or for the unused BG Points towards it.
  6. All photos and descriptions are for reference only, and the actual products may vary. The rewards do not include any warranty, exchange, cash refund or change. Members are responsible for checking the quality of rewards at the time of redemption. No rewards will be re-issued and no BG Points or the paid additional purchase price will be refunded afterward.
  7. All gifts are only available while stocks last. The Company has the right to terminate the provision of rewards or provide similar rewards as an alternative without prior notice. The Company does not guarantee any rewards will constantly be available during the promotion period.
  8. Members agree the photos and videos taken during the redemption can be used for promotional purposes on any channels and media by The Company for The Promotion.
  9. All gifts cannot be exchanged, resold, returned and exchanged for money.
  10. or any reason, if the member does not claim the gift within the specified redemption period, his/her qualification will be canceled without prior notice, and the gift will be deemed forfeited.
  11. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, expenses or lawsuits incurred or suffered by members as a result of their participation in The Promotion.
  12. The Company will not reissue it if the gift is lost, damaged or stolen after receiving it.
  13. Any suspected or confirmed cases of fraud and/or suspected or confirmed cases of abuse in connection with participation in this promotion and/or in exchange for gifts may result in the gifts being canceled and/or suspended.
  14. The Promotion may end early without prior notice if the gifts are out of stock.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. The Company will ensure all personal information collected will be used for this promotion only and processed according to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region when collecting, storing, using and transmitting personal data, and the data will be destroyed confidentially in 2 months after the end of the promotion.
  2. The Company reserves the right to the final decision in case of any dispute.
  3. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of Terms & Conditions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
