Club BG Membership Terms & Conditions

The Club BG Membership Program is owned and operated by Jebsen Beverage Co., Ltd. By registering as a Club BG member and participating in the membership program, Club BG members agree to the terms and conditions that follow as well as any modifications thereafter. By registering or submitting any information on this website, or using any service offered on this website, you expressly agree to these terms & conditions. Jebsen Beverage retains the absolute right to amend these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

  1. Registration & Account

    1. In order to qualify as a member and user of this website, you must be a regular resident in Hong Kong or Macau. If you do not normally reside in Hong Kong or Macau, we have sole discretion to allow or deny usage of your account.

    2. You can choose one of the following registration methods on our website's member registration page:

      • Register with your mobile number: enter the required information as directed, then enter the SMS verification code to immediately register as a Club BG member.
      • Register with your Facebook account: Select "Log In with Facebook" and enter the information and mobile phone number as directed to immediately register as a Club BG member.

    3. You must not allow any other person to use your account to access this website.

    4. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, you must inform us in writing immediately.

    5. You must not use anyone else's account to access this website.

  2. User Login Information

    1. If you register an account on this website, your initial password is the verification code sent via SMS during registration. We recommend that you reset your password to ensure the security of your account.

    2. You must keep your password confidential.

    3. If you notice any unauthorized disclosures of your password, you must inform us in writing immediately.

    4. You are responsible for any activities on this website that result from your failure to keep your password confidential, and you are responsible for any resultant losses.

  3. Login Using Social Networking Site Credentials

    1. If you connect to this website or use our services through a third-party social networking site (such as Facebook) login credential, you authorize us to collect your verification information, such as your name, e-mail address, and digital certificate. We may store this data for the purposes explained in the privacy policy, and may use it to verify your social networking site credentials.

    2. The data we can obtain from social networking sites is affected by your privacy settings on social networking sites. You understand and agree:

      • Social networking sites use the data they collect from you in accordance with their own privacy policies (we strongly recommend that you read them carefully); and
      • Our use of relevant data is governed by our own privacy policy.
  4. Cancellation and Temporary Suspension of Accounts

    1. We may at any time at our sole discretion:

      • Temporarily suspend your account;
      • Cancel your account; and
      • Edit your account information (except your personal information),

      2. without any notice or explanation.

    2. To terminate your membership account on this website:

      1. if a member wants to terminate the Club BG membership account, please WhatsApp an application to 9213 6232. After confirming the relevant information, Club BG will make arrangement within 7 working days, and all Club BG benefits that have not been exchanged or used will be cancelled.
      2. If a member requests to terminate the Club BG membership account, the member shall not re-apply for membership and account within 180 days after the termination of the membership.
